TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services, platforms, and intellectual property provided by Tripple Group SA (Pty) Ltd ("Tripple Group SA", "we", "us", or "our"), a South African registered company.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.

Tripple Group SA operates as the primary trading entity and intellectual property owner for specialised divisions providing:

• Agricultural solutions and irrigation systems
• Renewable energy project delivery and consultation
• Digital systems and platform development
• Wellness education and professional services

Services are provided subject to availability, scope definition, and contractual agreements established between Tripple Group SA and the client.

All intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, proprietary systems, platforms, software, documentation, and branding materials, are owned exclusively by Tripple Group SA (Pty) Ltd.

Pivot Master® is a proprietary system of Tripple Group SA. Trademark registration is in process. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

Clients may be granted limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licenses to use specific platforms or systems under defined terms and conditions. All licensing arrangements must be documented and approved by Tripple Group SA.

Users of our services agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when engaging with our services
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect intellectual property rights and licensing terms
• Use services only for lawful and authorized purposes
• Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information disclosed
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or distribute proprietary systems

Tripple Group SA reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time
• Refuse service to any individual or entity
• Terminate access for breach of these Terms
• Update pricing, service scope, and delivery timelines

We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of significant changes affecting active service agreements.

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Tripple Group SA shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or technical failures
• Third-party actions or omissions
• Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, trade secrets, and sensitive business data disclosed during the course of service delivery.

Confidentiality obligations survive termination of service agreements and remain in effect indefinitely unless otherwise specified in writing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

Parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

Tripple Group SA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
